Edugement: Journal of Islamic Educational Management is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Department of Islamic Educational Management, STAI Ali bin Abi Thalib Surabaya, Indonesia.

The journal provides a scholarly platform for the dissemination of theoretical and empirical studies in the field of Islamic educational management across various educational contexts, including formal, non-formal, and higher education institutions.

The journal particularly welcomes manuscripts that address the following areas:

1. Organizational Management and Leadership in Islamic Education: including leadership models, strategic management, organizational culture, and decision-making processes within Islamic educational institutions.

2. Governance, Curriculum, and Learning Innovation: covering governance structures, educational policy implementation, curriculum development, instructional innovation, learning management, and the integration of Islamic values within contemporary educational practices.

3. Human Resource Management, Quality Assurance, and Institutional Development: encompassing professional development of educators and staff, performance management, internal quality assurance systems, accreditation, and strategies for strengthening and advancing Islamic educational institutions.
